The Mall of San Juan

As the local consulting Architectural and Engineering firm for Taubman, SM+A was key to the successful and timely completion of The Mall of San Juan. The first high-end Retail center in Puerto Rico, opened in March 2015 after a $273MM investment in construction and accelerated 30 month construction schedule. The modern 852,800 sf structure sites in a 30 acre urban infill site, in which Permits, Civil Design and Construction administration were commissioned to SM+A.
