Hyatt Place Hotel & Casino

SM+A’s services included the site adaptation and Preliminary Design of the Hyatt Place hotel in two different sites. Both projects comprised the site adaptation of the hotel building prototype, and the inclusion of a 15,000 sf casino, retail, restaurant and parking deck.
